RECOMMENDATION
I'm good at drawing pretty faces, so please considering commission headshot, bust-up, or half body to have focus on the face.
I'm not really good at drawing complex background, the result can be not as good as expected.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.GENERAL
- Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.)
- My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
- AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited.
My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
- I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
- Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 2 weeks, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.
- Please have visual references ready as well as written descriptions when sending in your request. Please try to not include other artist's artworks too much, the references should be taken photos from real life to avoid plagiarism or look like other's artwork
- You receive 2 free revisions (sketch stage only). Additional revisions cost $15 each, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.PAYMENTS
- All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.
- Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 1 week or will be declined.
- A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of 50% of the total price applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.
- Complexity Fee is between $10-100) for all Commissions.
- If a Commissioner wishes to buy Commercial Use AFTER a commission, the prices will be: Streamer Commercial Use ($25 USD) and Merchandise Commercial Use ($60 USD)REVISIONS
- Revisions are only available during the sketch phase.
- Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Commissions may take up to 2 months depending on complexity, queue, health, or personal matters.
- I will keep you updated if delays occur.
- If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be $20 USD. You will have to Directly Message me or state in the Request forms that you wish for a Rush Fee.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
- I may use the artwork to:
Promote myself and my services.
Post on social media and in my portfolio.
- Exceptions: If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.REFUNDS
- Right of Refusal: I may cancel a project at any time due to communication issues, rude behavior, or a lack of clarity from the client.
- Non-Refundable Phase: All sales are final once the draft is approved. Refund is prohibited after the sketch stage.
- Termination Outcome: If a project is cancelled, I will decide whether the client receives the incomplete files or any usage rights based on the situation.
- Chargeback Consequences: Initiating a chargeback will result in the immediate voiding of all licenses for any art I have made for you. I reserve the right to:
Reclaim and resell the designs or artwork.
Permanently ban the client from my services.
Post a public warning/buyer beware regarding the client’s conduct.
Take necessary steps to protect my income and report the dispute.COMMUNICATION
You may:
- Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).
- Print the art for yourself.Post it on Social Media with a credit ("@vanlious").
You may NOT:
-Use the artwork commercially without permission.
- Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
- Resell or redistribute the artwork.
- Modify the artwork without my consent.
- Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.BLACKLIST POLICY
Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence). The blacklist will be shared with other artists.FINAL AGREEMENT
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
PRICE
The price for PUBLISH novel illustration will be about ~ $300 - $400
The price for WEB novel illustration will be the price of normal comission (no monetize). If you use the cover for monetize purpose, the price is as same as the price for publish nover cover ($300 - $400)
